Recall is hard. The hardest most trainers would say. Sure you can get it at a nominal level around the house pretty easily but what about distractions.

This puppy worked on it for about 50 minutes at Zilker park today and had to take a nap. The level of concentration when done right is tough work.

Lots of requests lately to work with dogs and kids together. It’s a pleasant way to work as long as the goals are small and we don’t rush things.

This border pup spent the afternoon practicing with lots of kids and distractions.
