Austin's Personalized Dog Training Service
Stephen Haynes - Owner and Trainer
Austin dog trainer Stephen Haynes owns and operates Fidelio Dog Works. A dog lover since childhood, Steve started his professional career as an executive in computer software and hardware sales. After the "dot-com crash" he knew it was time to do something more fulfilling with his life. While playing with his dogs one sunny afternoon, he decided to make a career doing what he loved best.
Steve enrolled in a professional dog training school to perfect his talents. He opened Fidelio Dog Works after graduation. Now, Steve uses his corporate background and years of training expertise to help people with their dogs. He also donates his services to charity in his spare time. He aids drug rehab facilities, training their adopted dogs to serve as companions for recovering patients. He also assists animal rescue groups with behavioral problems they can’t resolve on their own, ensuring those dogs find good homes.
Steve lives in Austin with his wife, two daughters and Gwennie, a 10 year old welsh springer spaniel. He is currently contemplating life with a new puppy.
Dog training isn't just a job for Steve – it's his life's work. More than anything, he wants every dog lover's relationship with their four-legged friend to be as fun and fulfilling as his own.
Lana - Office Assistant
Lana is the voice of Fidelio. When you call us the first person you'll speak with will be Lana, or one of her dogs.
Being the brains of the operation, Lana does all of the scheduling for the trainers and keeps things under tight control, so she's the person to speak with if you need to make an appointment or change scheduling.
When she's not doing work for Fidelio she's out in her back yard running her 2 Beardies and Leonburgers on her own agility course.
Lisa Hoysradt - Trainer
Lisa Hoysradt and her two goldens, Sparky and Magoo have recently moved to the Austin area and now live in Round Rock.
Lisa has always had a passion for dogs and finally decided it was time to transition from her Corporate Career of 21 years to be a Professional Dog Trainer. Lisa graduated from a prestigious dog training academy and is now Fidelio's puppy training expert. If you have a puppy, you'll probably meet Lisa.
When Lisa isn't working with the puppies of Fidelio, she is volunteering her home and time caring for and training dogs from local rescue organizations.
Rally O, a beautiful Australian Shepherd is a rescue and the newest addition to her family.
